Return Policy

An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be obtained from www.joyfulslim.com before returning any merchandise. Please contact us at 877-547-5468 for an RGA. An original invoice number is required to obtain an RGA. Goods returned without an RGA number on the shipping carton will be refused. Returned goods other than defects will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No RGAs may be requested after 21 days of receipt. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice from J&H Besta. Merchandise must be resealable and in the original box. Credit will not be issued on improperly packaged returns, regardless of the reason for return.

Return Policy Any returns without a RMA# will not be accepted. All sales are final after 21 days from receiving.

Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the shipment of defective items. The buyer is required to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 7 days of receipt of the defective item.

To request a RMA#, please send an e-mail to info@joyfulslim.com. On the subject line, please put "Return Request + Your Order Number". For example, Return Request Inv#12345. Please also enclose with your e-mail a brief description about the defective item(s). Pictures of the defective item(s) are also very helpful.

Unless it is proved to be manufacturer's fault, used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange after 7 days from receiving. However, if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately on our expense. All returned items must come with all the original package and free gift if applicable. You will not get full refund if returned item(s) does not come in original package.

If the item is clearly damaged by the shipper on arrival, please Do Not Accept/Sign for the package. Call or E-mail us ASAP. We will file a claim for you upon receipt of your message. A replacement will be shipped immediately once the claim is approved by the shipper. Again, pictures of the defective item(s) are also very helpful.
